What does it feel like for your customer, or anyone that walks through the door? This “door”, is anywhere you engage people about your business; such as your office, your web site, advertising, a special event.

For the greatest and most impactful results, make them feel…

  1. Secure
  2. Important
  3. Like you are listening
  4. That you care

With the goal to make them feel like the job that you are doing is being done …

… On their behalf
… Better than any other dentist could… Or would
… At a price they can justify
… With the outcome beyond their expectations

The problem is, it is easy to become complacent.

So take a moment… Reflect…
